Day-to-day activities will include…
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of B2B consultative selling and be confident with conversations with senior-level decision-makers across multiple industry sectors
Have demonstrable experience in building and managing a sales pipe from prospecting through to closed-won
Experience in the health and social care landscape (preferable)
People management experience
A consultative approach to building partnerships
The willingness to think differently and reimagine solutions from the ground up
An ability to spot an opportunity and structure a bespoke partnership in a manner that solves problems for both parties.
Someone who can see the bigger picture but also stay very close to the details, you need to be comfortable working with significant amounts of autonomy, in an ambiguous environment.
The ability to skillfully articulate your plans and ideas both inside and outside of the organisation.
The ability to stay the course and see a project through to fruition.
