Information on the company

Our client is a fast-growing automotive logistics SaaS company providing AI-driven vehicle transport optimisation for modern automotive retail. They help global car manufacturers, dealer groups, rental companies, and transport providers reduce transport costs, optimise vehicle placement, and convert more sales through our specialised logistics software.

Founded by a very experienced startup team with backgrounds from leading SaaS companies like Personio and Fonoa, they've raised £4m from leading UK investors and are scaling rapidly across two key product lines. Within just 18 months of founding, they already work with 10 of the UK's top 100 largest automotive retail businesses and have won a prestigious best new innovative product award.

They are kind people who get things done. If you’re like this you will fit in well there.

WORKING HERE

They’re building the company culture they always wished they could work in. They believe exceptional results come from exceptional people who feel valued, challenged, and genuinely excited to come to work.

They’re serious about career development – expect regular one-on-ones focused on your growth, transparent performance reviews, and proactive conversations about compensation. They encourage genuine collaboration where every voice matters and the best ideas win, regardless of seniority. And while it is work hard and move fast, they make sure to celebrate wins, learn from setbacks together, and maintain the energy that makes startup life rewarding.

This isn't just about building a business—it's about creating an environment where talented people can do their best work and grow into the professionals they want to become.

You'll have the opportunity to see immediate results from your work and play a crucial role in scaling a fast-growing SaaS business.
