ABOUT THE ROLE…
Care providers are navigating one of the most complex operating environments in the UK — sponsorship compliance, Home Office regulation, CQC standards, and a workforce crisis that isn't going away. When Care Providers use our client’s B2B SaaS, they keep their staff, protect their sponsorship licence and deliver better care.
Owning the post-sale relationship end-to-end, you will be building the post sales revenue engine with the Commercial Director & the Founder. That means as well as onboarding customers, driving adoption, and turning users into advocates you will be retaining and growing accounts. You'll work directly with senior decision-makers from HR directors to CEOs across enterprise care groups and smaller providers alike.
This isn't a reactive support role. You'll be proactive, commercial, and strategic: spotting upsell opportunities, negotiating renewals, shaping how they deliver our product, and feeding insight back into the business that changes what they build and how they sell.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a new London-based role as the team’s third hire (first marketing hire), owning marketing end-to-end. You’ll drive rapid experimentation and real-time learning to grow brand & product awareness creating standout, shareable content and partnering closely with engineers to launch automated campaigns and systems quickly in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. Experimentation matters more than perfection!
Viral Content and Cultural Presence
Create viral content designed for reach, conversation and cultural cut through including memes, provocative posts and cultural commentary
Balance virality with sustained momentum so attention compounds over time rather than spiking once
Continuous Content Flow
Ship steady output including short clips, meme variations, cultural observations and reflections.
Create rhythm and familiarity across platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Instagram, Threads and YouTube
Use AI tools fluently to create content at significantly higher speed
Experiment Led Distribution
Design concrete distribution ideas for each company experiment
Move experiments forward by getting the right message to the right people at the right time
Test hypotheses through targeted, time bound distribution designed for participation and learning.
AI Powered Marketing Systems
Build AI powered workflows and automated systems to scale campaigns with minimal manual work.
Coordinate with engineers to specify and implement automated marketing systems such as comment tracking, social scheduling, response automation and dashboards.
Use AI to continuously improve content quality based on performance data and feedback loops.
Product Marketing and Technical Coordination
Market AI products such as AI voice agents authentically to healthcare workers.
Explain technical capabilities in human, non corporate terms.
Prototype product marketing concepts using tools like Figma or Replit.
Work with engineers to turn lightweight prototypes into real product experiments and iterate based on user feedback.
Execution and Learning
Test bold concepts to capture attention and immediately see what resonates
Kill ideas fast when they do not land and double down when they do
Build in public and close the loop quickly with real user signals
Create momentum around about the startup so physicians and partners feel the energy of what we are building
