Content & Community Manager (B2B SaaS)

Salary: 40 000 - 50 000 + bonus

Day-to-day activities will include…

Supporting the Head of Content, you’ll be leading the content creation  & distribution, and community strategies.  With almost half of their leads coming from marketing activities, this role is key to hitting higher growth targets in their ambitious 2024 expansion across the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take overall responsibility for the management and delivery of the content calendar and content campaigns, from planning to evaluation.

  • Own, manage and maintain the main distribution channels, including website, social media, YouTube and email.

  • Be a key point of contact for customers to deliver video and written case studies, generate product reviews, and generate fresh insights for future content.

  • Organise community events and build the community network, creating a community of engaged customers, prospects, and partners.

  • Work closely with the Head of Content to constantly evaluate and refine the community and content strategies.

  • Support the business-wide LinkedIn strategy and be a ‘player coach’ to help team members outside of marketing with their LinkedIn content and goals.

  • Support the wider business with content requests.

  • Help maintain HubSpot data, performance tracking and reporting as well as wider marketing tech stack

The ideal candidate…

  • Significant experience delivering content marketing projects across multiple formats and platforms in a B2B context - ideally software.

  • Excellent writing & editing skills, strong execution focus, and a track record of delivering across different content formats.

  • A really good vibe. The company has an incredibly driven, high-performing team but all leave their egos at the door and support and encourage each other.

  • Community management experience is a bonus

  • Commercially minded - you understand the role marketing plays in a wider growth function and how to use resources efficiently
