Day-to-day activities will include…
We are on the lookout for a talented Solutions Engineer that is passionate about the environment and would like to have an impact on climate change. You will take on new responsibilities and will have an opportunity to get involved in more parts of the business as the company grows.
You’ll be leading the technical sale, scoping, and procurement process of integrations with large financial clients, including RFP plans.
Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm. Support the Commercial team in delivering proposals, POCs, and customer success.
Manage customer relationships and be the spokesperson between technical customer needs and the priorities of the technical team.
Be hands-on in implementing technical requirements for the clients in order to facilitate integrations and ensure customers are delighted. This includes building custom demonstrations and delivering Proof of Concepts (POC)
You’ll be working directly with the CTO and developers on technical requirements for clients and integrations.
Support with keeping high standards of data security, protection, and organisational processes.
The ideal candidate…
Great written and verbal communication skills when it comes to technical concepts, including presentations/demos of technical products to a non-technical audience
Experience as a software engineer building scalable APIs
Previous experience interacting and managing large corporate clients
Experience in product planning and execution
Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy funadmentals
BONUS POINTS
3-5 years of experience as a solutions engineer (or in a technical, customer-facing role)
Previous experience working with a large corporate customer (preferably financial sector)
Strong technical and product vision
Background in building scalable APIs with NodeJS (and preferably AWS)
Degree in computer science or a related subject
