Information on the company
Care providers across the UK are facing a workforce crisis -- demand for care is rising year on year while finding and retaining carers remains their biggest challenge. Our client has built a B2B SaaS platform that supports hiring, onboarding, sponsorship, and compliance all in one place, reducing admin burden and stress for care homes and local government providers alike.
Founded following a deeply personal experience of navigating care for a loved one, this is an early-stage, investor-backed company with strong customer growth and a mission that genuinely matters. They have a strong senior team from who are ex-Deliveroo, Cabinet Office, McKinsey and Amazon.
ABOUT THE ROLE…
Working within the Commercial team, you will work with the Enterprise Customer Success Manager on their largest client.
Reviewing and validating documentation as part of the implementation process.
Supporting audit, compliance, hiring and immigration processes tied to rollout of our technology.
Following and improving operational workflows as you get hands-on with implementations.
Identifying issues and escalating where needed, rather than letting them sit.
Helping clear high-priority backlogs during busy rollout periods.
Working closely with senior leadership on business-critical projects.
This is a fast-paced startup, so there may be other ad hoc tasks needed at short notice.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Learn fast: no implementation experience needed; pick up new processes and systems quickly.
Take initiative: dive into the context, spot the problems, and solve them without waiting to be told.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, even when discussing something tricky.
Explain technical or complex changes in a way that feels clear, simple, and exciting for the people using them.
Find creative ways over, under, or through roadblocks rather than stopping at them.
Work independently with strong organisation and attention to detail.
Use spreadsheets and online systems confidently, and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Care about the "why": fixing healthcare communication and seeing the real-world impact of your work on clinicians and patients.
Work London-based, in the office 5 days a week.
WHY WORK HERE
Hands-on learning: get trained on running rollouts for complex products like Scribe, building real implementation skills on the job, no prior experience required.
Supportive structure: clear guidance and processes to help you manage expectations and deliver solutions without needing to have it all figured out from day one.
Exposure to AI features: learn our emerging AI features and help introduce them to practices as they scale across the country.
Closing the feedback loop: help review practice cohorts 6–9 months after go-live to see how things are working and contribute ideas for improvement.
Smart tools, not busywork: use internal AI dashboards that handle the heavy lifting of data, so you can focus on learning the human side of implementation.
Room to grow: bring fresh eyes to our processes; if something isn't working or could be more efficient, your ideas are welcome.
Potential opportunity for longer-term progression for exceptional candidates.
