Day-to-day activities will include…

Working with the Operations manager, you will help shape the operational performance of this fast-growing startup. On a day-to-day basis, you will…

  • Procure and inventory manage hardware and consumables including printers, ink and paper, as well as acting as QA on product arrival

  • Manage suppliers 

  • Build relationships with fulfilment centres and act as their first port of call for support, issue tracking and reporting 

  • Manage operational data and compile performance reports on Operations Team KPIs including Cost efficiencies, Product performance and Fulfilment partner’s performance 

  • Visit fulfilment partner site visits and client sites for installations and rapport building 

  • Work with multiple stakeholders to bring projects to completion

The ideal candidate…

  • Organised, proactive problem solver, able to turn their hand to a variety of tasks that could be analytical, creative, or rapport building

  • 2 years experience in any of the following; procurement, supply chain, logistics, project management, printing or e-commerce with client-facing experience

  • Worked in fast-paced/hyper growth/start-up environments, enjoys working scrappily and bringing the process to business

  • Attention to detail with an ability to look at the bigger picture

  • Experience in google sheets or Excel 

  • Ability to work on projects with a variety of deadlines 

  • Happy to learn and do more administrative work as you get to own projects and get exposure to a very exciting stage of the business 

  • Happy and able to travel at short notice to Europe and UK
