Day-to-day activities will include…

Delivering the best possible service for our clients is everyone’s job – not just the role of our team members working on a client site. From creating innovative technological solutions to bringing together the right people and capabilities in diverse teams, the opportunities to develop your career behind the scenes here, working within an inclusive culture, are both huge and diverse. 

Working closely with stakeholders in our Consulting business to define and clearly articulate a product concept: what problem will it solve, and how?

  • Engaging and collaborating with potential clients to understand their challenges and expectations

  • Evaluating the market: who are our potential competitors or partners, and what is our best strategic approach?

  • Collaborating with technical teams to understand the feasibility of the proposed venture and the resources required to develop it

  • Assembling the commercial case for the venture, advise the business on the best investment decision and pitch for funding from budget holders

  • Developing the minimum viable product to test market response

  • Formulating hypotheses about the best course of action at each stage, and validating these by gathering data and information from a wide variety of sources

  • Refining the product concept in line with lean-startup principles


The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications…

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5-12 years of total professional experience 

  • Experience in the private sector, public sector,  financial services or management consultancy in general

  • Experience in corporate innovation and/or in the start-up ecosystem and/or in a commercial product role

  • Knowledge of the Lean Startup Methodology  

  • Problem solver – Able to solve ambiguous problems, in a structured and logical way

  • Commercial acumen – an understanding of B2B commercial drivers and business cases

  • Tenacity – self-motivated to own and solve complex business challenges

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to manage internal and/or external stakeholders

  • Natural people person able to build new relationships and networks quickly
